By using the Profit Vows website or buying any of my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and anyone who accesses or uses the Profit Vows website and consultancy services.
Profit Vows provides business management consultancy services to wedding industry businesses in the United Kingdom. All services are one-off engagements — no subscriptions, no retainers, no recurring charges. The three services are:
The Analysis (£495) — A 12-month historical financial review picking up profit leaks, expense compliance issues, and tax risk areas. Sent over as a bespoke written report within 5–7 business days of receiving your data.
The Full Strategy (£750) — A full report including everything in The Analysis, plus a 12-month growth roadmap, pricing recommendations, VAT planning, and lifetime client value modelling. Delivered within 10–14 business days.
The Growth Partner (£1,000) — Everything in The Full Strategy, plus a 45-minute 1-to-1 walkthrough call, a 6-month progress check-in call, and email support for 6 months from the date your report is delivered.
The reports are produced for information and consultancy purposes only. Any business, financial, or legal decisions you make after reading them are your responsibility.
For regulated financial advice, I'd point you to a qualified Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). For tax and accountancy work, please speak to a qualified accountant registered with a recognised professional body.
All fees are payable in full before work starts. The three services and their fees are:
The Analysis — £495 (one-off payment)
The Full Strategy — £750 (one-off payment)
The Growth Partner — £1,000 (one-off payment)
Work won't start, and data intake won't be scheduled, until payment has cleared. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
All Profit Vows services are one-off engagements. No recurring charges, no rolling contracts, no subscription fees of any kind.
Before work starts: If you cancel before I've started looking at your data, you'll get a full refund.
After work has started: Once intake is underway and the analysis has begun, I can't offer a refund — by that point a fair amount of time has already gone into your report.
If you're not happy: If something about your report isn't sitting right, please email me within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and I'll work with you to sort it.
The analysis depends entirely on the quality and accuracy of what you send me. By sending your financial data, you're confirming that, to the best of your knowledge, it's accurate, complete, and a fair reflection of your business's actual financial position.
Profit Vows takes no liability for inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in your report that come directly from incomplete or incorrect data provided at intake.
I treat all client financial data with strict confidentiality. I won't share your financial information, business details, or report contents with anyone without your explicit written consent.
Reports are produced for the named client only and shouldn't be shared, copied, or passed on to anyone else — including lenders, investors, or regulators — without my prior written permission.
All report templates, design, methodologies, and written frameworks I produce remain the intellectual property of Profit Vows. The data, findings, and recommendations within your bespoke report are yours to use for your own business.
You're not allowed to reproduce, resell, or redistribute any Profit Vows report format, template, or branding without my written permission.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Profit Vows isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the services or reliance on the reports.
Total liability for any single engagement won't exceed the fee paid for that engagement.
I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the services after any changes counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or connected to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
