By accessing the Profit Vows website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and individuals who access or use the Profit Vows website and consultancy services.
Profit Vows provides business management consultancy services to wedding industry businesses in the United Kingdom. All services are one-time engagements — there are no subscriptions, retainers, or recurring charges. Our three services are:
The Analysis (£495) — A 12-month historical financial review, identifying profit leaks, expense compliance issues, and tax risk areas. Delivered as a bespoke written report within 5–7 business days of receiving your data.
The Full Strategy (£750) — A comprehensive report including everything in The Analysis, plus a 12-month growth roadmap, pricing architecture recommendations, VAT planning, and lifetime client value modelling. Delivered within 10–14 business days.
The Growth Partner (£1,000) — Everything in The Full Strategy, plus a 45-minute 1-to-1 walkthrough call, a 6-month progress check-in call, and ongoing email support for 6 months from the date of report delivery.
Our reports are produced for informational and consultancy purposes only. All business, financial, and legal decisions made after reviewing our reports are the sole responsibility of the client.
For regulated financial advice, we recommend consulting a qualified Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). For tax and accountancy matters, we recommend consulting a qualified accountant registered with a recognised professional body.
All service fees are payable in full prior to the commencement of work. The three available services and their fees are as follows:
The Analysis — £495 (one-time payment)
The Full Strategy — £750 (one-time payment)
The Growth Partner — £1,000 (one-time payment)
Work will not begin, and no data intake will be scheduled, until payment has been received and confirmed. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
All Profit Vows services are one-time engagements. There are no recurring charges, rolling contracts, or subscription fees of any kind.
Before work commences: If you cancel your order before we have begun analysis of your data, you are entitled to a full refund.
After work has commenced: Once data intake has begun and analysis is underway, we are unable to offer a refund, as significant time and resource will already have been invested in your report.
Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your report, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@profitvows.co.uk and we will work with you to address your concerns.
Our analysis is entirely dependent on the quality and accuracy of the data you provide. By submitting your financial data, you confirm that it is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate, complete, and representative of your business's actual financial position.
Profit Vows accepts no liability for inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in your report that arise directly from incomplete or incorrect data provided during intake.
Profit Vows treats all client financial data with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your financial information, business details, or report contents to any third party without your explicit written consent.
All reports produced are for the exclusive use of the named client and must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed to any third party — including lenders, investors, or regulators — without prior written permission from Profit Vows.
All report templates, design assets, methodologies, and written frameworks produced by Profit Vows remain the intellectual property of Profit Vows. The data, findings, and recommendations contained within your bespoke report are yours to use for your own business purposes.
You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any Profit Vows report format, template, or branding without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Profit Vows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our reports.
Our total liability to you in respect of any single engagement shall not exceed the fee paid for that engagement.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
